1. What’s inside each LUXE BOX?
Each box is carefully curated based on the tier you select:
    •    LUXE PETITE includes 1 lingerie piece, an accessory, and a mini self-care item.
    •    LUXE ALLURE offers 2 lingerie sets, an accessories, and sensual self-care treats.
    •    LUXE OBSESSION is the full experience — with multiple lingerie pieces, high-end accessories, and elevated surprises.

2. Can I choose what comes in the box?
To maintain the element of surprise, items are curated by our team — but every piece is handpicked with comfort, style, and sensuality in mind. If you have specific preferences or sizing notes, feel free to leave them at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

3. What sizes are available?
Our LUXE BOXES are available in sizes XS–1XL (custom sizing may be available upon request). Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering or reach out to us for help selecting the right fit.

4. Are the boxes returnable or exchangeable?
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, LUXE BOXES are final sale. However, if you experience any issues with your order, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Can I send a LUXE BOX as a gift?
Absolutely! All boxes come beautifully packaged and ready to impress. You can add a custom message at checkout, and we’ll include it in the box for a personalized touch.

6. How often are new boxes released?
We refresh box contents seasonally and during special launches. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when new editions drop.

7. How long does shipping take?
All boxes are shipped within 3–5 business days of placing your order. You’ll receive a tracking number once your box is on its way. We ship across the U.S. and internationally.
